This site is pretty new. Still working on migrating some content from my old (af) website.
I began university studying English/Philosophy After going AWOL from an English/Philosophy major, my determination in figuring out ways not to pay for internet access led me to focus on security and mathematics. Before I knew it, servers were running next to my bed and I was trying to circumvent FCC restrictions on transmission power by war-driving with motorized directional antennas. Since then have explored topics in hardware, applied math, algorithms, AI, quantum computing, crypto, reverse engineering, and OSINT. In addition to Hackers on Planet Earth, most of the conferences I attend focus on cybersecurity and threat "intelligence".
I graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Mathematics from Eastern Connecticut State University. Currently, I doing an MS in Cybersecurity at NYU. I can typically be found doing math, computing stuff, or skateboarding around New York late at night.
